She graduated from the Department of Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and has been practicing as a physiotherapist since 2002.
She began her professional training at Savonlinna Hospital in Finland. Her postgraduate education commenced in the field of Sports Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at the University of Novi Sad and continued with a second postgraduate program in “Anatomical Surgery” at the School of Medicine of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
She has participated in and received training in specialized physiotherapy techniques for the rehabilitation of neuromusculoskeletal conditions. In particular, she specialized in the Mulligan and McKenzie methods, MNT Neuroreflex Therapy, and the application of therapeutic dry needling for the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions.
She has attended numerous seminars on upper-limb rehabilitation and has received training in musculoskeletal ultrasound at Queen Mary University of London, Mile End Hospital London, and Brunel University London.
From 2002 to 2004, she served as a physiotherapist for the Hellenic Swimming Federation.
